My name is Daisy Tolliver. I'm a Belizean American, born and raised on the West Side of Chicago. After graduating with my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, I moved to the Twin Cities, where my journey has shaped who I am today as a Realtor. When I first arrived here, I lived in a women's shelter where I paid $180 per month on a 120-day lease program. From there, I  moved into a one-bedroom apartment, which I later gifted to my younger brother fully furnished in support of his growth. I then transitioned into shared housing, and that is the experience that inspired me to purchase my own five-bedroom, two-bathroom house. At the age of 28, I became a first-generation homebuyer with no down payment assistance, relying solely on money I had saved from my 401 (k) and seller concessions toward my closing costs. With that home, I opened my doors to women in transition, providing a safe and supportive space where they could take their time, establish themselves, and achieve their goals.

During my own homebuying journey, both my Realtor and my lender encouraged me to pursue real estate, a dream I had carried since childhood. I took their encouragement to heart, and what began as a personal goal grew into a career that I am deeply passionate about. Since then, I have helped family, friends, and former coworkers invest in and purchase homes they love. Through referrals and word of mouth, I have also had the privilege of serving many families I had never met before, many of whom have become lifelong clients and friends.

I take pride in building strong professional relationships and providing trusted resources that make the homebuying process smooth and successful. I also hold a 100 percent success rate, meaning every client who begins their homebuying journey with me reaches the closing table. With confidence in my market knowledge, my team, and my expertise, I am committed to representing you with care, integrity, and excellence.

My favorite moments in this business are when I can say, “Your offer has been accepted,” and “We are clear to close,” because I know behind every one of those words is a dream becoming reality.
