Hello, I’m Daisy Tolliver, a Belizean American who made the Twin Cities my home in 2015. My journey here shaped me into the woman and Realtor I am today.

When I first arrived, I lived in a women’s shelter, paying $180 a month through a 120-day program. From there, I moved into my first apartment, later gifting it to my younger brother as he began his own path. That experience, along with years of shared housing, inspired me to buy my first home: a five-bedroom, two-bath that became a haven for women in transition, just as I once was.

At 28, I became a first-generation homeowner, using my 401(k) savings and seller concessions to make it happen with no down payment assistance, just determination. My Realtor and lender saw something in me and encouraged me to pursue real estate, a dream I’d carried since childhood.

What began as a milestone became a mission. I’ve since had the honor of helping families, friends, and countless referrals find homes they love, many of whom have become lifelong friends. I’m proud to hold a 100% success rate: every client who’s started their journey with me has made it to the closing table.

I believe in representation built on care, integrity, and excellence. My favorite words in this business? “Your offer’s been accepted,” and “We’re clear to  close” because behind them is someone’s dream becoming a reality.
